Sölle Homes Nassfeld

Situated right in the Nassfeld ski area at an altitude of 1,560 metres, Sölle Homes Nassfeld is located directly next to the ski lift. You can ski right up to the accommodation and be among the first on the slopes in the morning. The same building houses a ski and bike rental shop, a ski school, a sports shop, a grocery store and a café. Once you arrive, you won't need your car unless you wish to explore the surrounding area. This family-run property comprises 13 apartments, which can accommodate between two and eight people. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and satellite TV. All units except the studio offer a south-facing balcony, and those on the ground floor have a terrace with direct access to the garden. From there, you can see the children's playground and pump track in summer and the chairlift and ski slope in winter, so you can see exactly when the lift opens and when the children return from ski school. In winter, each apartment has its own lockable locker in the ski room, complete with a ski boot dryer. A dedicated bike storage room is available in summer. Wi-Fi and parking are provided free of charge. Our tap water comes directly from a spring on the Nassfeld and is of excellent quality, so there is no need to buy bottled water. The building is heated using Nassfeld district heating, which is generated primarily from wood. As a guest, you will receive a 10% discount at the Sölle Sport rental shop, located in the same building, throughout the year (or 15% if you book online in advance). Ski passes can be purchased online or directly from the ticket office at the valley station in front of the building (open until 4 pm). In summer, the price includes the Nassfeld+ Card, offering free use of mountain lifts and buses, free admission to Lake Pressegger See, and numerous other discounts. In winter, you will receive the Winter Premium Card, which offers discounts on ski passes. Popular activities in the area include hiking and cycling. There are several restaurants located in the immediate vicinity, with the nearest one less than 20 metres away.
