The Gordon House Hotel

The Gordon House Hotel is located in the heart of historic Rochester, offering comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the city’s main attractions and excellent transport links. The hotel features a bar, shared lounge and garden, as well as free WiFi. Guest rooms include a private bathroom, seating area and flat-screen TV, with tea and coffee-making facilities available in the rooms. Our on-site restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and is temporarily unavailable, and breakfast is not currently served at the hotel. However, staying guests can enjoy an unlimited 20% discount on food throughout their stay at our sister venue, The Quills Restaurant, located on the same High Street, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel (ME1 1LD). The discount can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Reception is open daily from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours should contact the hotel in advance regarding check-in arrangements. The hotel is ideally positioned for exploring Rochester, with Rochester Cathedral approximately 400 metres away and Rochester’s historic High Street and local attractions within easy walking distance. Rochester Train Station is just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, with direct rail services to London St Pancras International and London Victoria, with journeys to London taking approximately 39 minutes. London City Airport is approximately 48 km from the hotel.
