Each apartment has free parking within walking distance of the property, with no reservation required. Bed linens are included, and towels can be rented directly at the property. A street full of shops and supermarkets is about a 3-minute walk away. Guests have access to a private beach (1 umbrella, 1 sun lounger, and 1 deckchair) included in the price of the apartment during the summer season. This beach is open from 12:00 noon on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon on the day of check-out. Our property is just 800 meters from the train station, about 8 minutes from the highway exit, and 85 km from Cristoforo Colombo Airport.
