Exit Junction 2 onto the B762 signposted Barrhead. Follow the A736 through Barrhead towards Irvine. The village is 4 miles beyond Barrhead on the left, just past Shilford petrol station. Travelling from Glasgow Airport (via Howwood), follow the A737 towards Irvine. Turn left at Howwood. Follow the B776 to the A736 (Caldwell Golf Club). Turn left onto the A736. Go over the bridge and take the 1st right into the village of Uplawmoor. Continue uphill around the corner, and the hotel is on the right-hand side. Travelling from Prestwick Airport, follow the A78 towards Irvine. Turn left at the Warrix Interchange. Turn off at Glasgow. Take the first left at the Newmoor roundabout (ignore the Glasgow signs). Follow signs for Newmoor North. Follow signs for A736 and stay on this road until the sign for Uplawmoore.
