The Badin Inn & Golf Club

The Space: Escape and relax in your own private guest room or condominium, just a short walk to Badin Lake. Enjoy the amenities of home while you take in the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding area. Guest Access: Historic Suites are on the second floor and condos are on the third floor of the 1913 Badin Inn. There are no elevators available. Guests should be able to navigate stairs. Interaction with Guests: While we are usually around the inn should you need something, your privacy is very important to us. The Neighborhood Overview: Badin was built along the shores of Badin Lake by a French owned aluminum company in the early 1900s. The town is more of a village, comprised of curvilinear streets lined with 2 story townhomes, that for the most part, remain original. Badin Lake is over 5 thousand acres of prime fishing. Only 2 miles away from the inn is the entrance to Morrow Mountain State Park that grants access to Lake Tillery, as well as miles of hiking and equestrian trails. On the other side of the river, the Uwharrie National Forest offers over 50 thousand acres of wilderness to explore. Getting Around: You can walk most anywhere in Badin. Golf carts are allowed on the streets with proper documentation. Vehicles are needed if traveling to Morrow Mountain or the Uwharrie National Forest. Car rental and shuttle services are available upon request.
